It doesn’t require expensive treatments or endless supplements. What it does take is curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to explore some simple, science-based changes.

I became a health coach specializing in dementia prevention after experiencing Alzheimer’s up close. My mother, her sister, and their mother were all taken by it. Watching that unfold in my family lit a fire in me. I believed there had to be another way. Not just for myself, but for the women in my family and for anyone willing to listen.

Who knew it would be such a tough sell?

Many people have resigned themselves to the idea that dementia is just part of aging – that there’s nothing you can do. I beg to differ.

There is something you can do. A lot, actually. And it doesn’t have to be expensive, frightening, or weird.

There are simple lifestyle shifts:
– Nutrition updates
– Targeted supplements
– Gentle detox strategies
– Movement and sleep patterns
– Environmental testing (like mold or heavy metals)
– And tools to manage chronic stress

One of the first books that opened my eyes was Dr. Dale Bredesen’s The End of Alzheimer’s. It breaks down the science behind what’s happening in the brain and what can be done about it. If you’re just starting to explore this topic, I can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve taken the essence of what I’ve learned, including insights from Bredesen’s work, and boiled it down into a fast, digestible guide you can use right away. Read about it here. You can grab the booklet instantly if you’re ready to get started.

And if you’d rather not go it alone, I’m here to help. I’ve walked this road myself, and I know it can feel overwhelming at first. My coaching approach is kind, clear, and completely personalized to you. Whether you want just a little support, or you’re ready to make lasting change, we’ll work at a pace that fits your life.

You are not powerless.
Dementia is not inevitable.
Let’s talk.

To learn more or schedule a conversation, email me at k2.kroll@gmail.com.
